Job Details:
- Provide excellent customer service to 4S showroom customers
- Understand the customer’s needs and refer them to colleagues in other departments for follow-up
- Assist in resolving on-site issues
- File processing
- Support on-site promotion activities (eg auto shows, press conferences, experience days)
Entry requirements
- 2 years of customer service/front desk/retail experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer application and skills
